From the Stemilt Growers Kitchen made with PINK LADY® Apples

Preheat oven to 375° then lightly spray coat a 9x9 or 8x8 baking dish Combine the following

Ingredients:
ingredients: 1/3 cup sifted all purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup rolled oats or unsweetened granola
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
Set aside.

Filling:
6 large Stemilt PINK LADY® apples, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation: Pour the PINK LADY® apple mixture into your prepared baking dish. Top with the prepared flour/butter mixture, pressing it firmly onto apples. Place in preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes or until lightly brown. Serve warm with whipped topping or ice cream.
